We use the reliable service of PostNL to deliver your package. Order before 3:00 PM and we'll do our best to ensure you receive your package the next business day (within the Netherlands only). Once your package has been shipped, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code in your email.

We continuously monitor our online assortment with the utmost care. The delivery of your order depends on several factors. Unfortunately, in rare cases, it may occur during order processing that a product you ordered is no longer in stock or does not meet our quality standards. In this case, the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be credited to you.
Returns
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). After withdrawing, you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. We will not cover the return shipping costs.
Hygiene products are excluded from returns.
Refund based on payment method
- Paid with iDeal, credit card or PayPal: the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
- (Partially) with a gift card: You will receive this amount back in the form of the same gift card you used to pay. The remaining purchase amount will be refunded to the relevant bank or giro account.
